Welcoming Tomasz Dabrowski to Sambro

Tomasz Dabrowski is the new Business Development Consultant at Sambro and we are so excited to have him onboard with us. We had a catch up with Tomasz to talk about how he sees his expertise working with Sambro…

Tell us about your previous role before working with Sambro?
“I spent the last 12 years at Mattel, where I held various sales-related roles, eventually being promoted to the position of Channel Sales Manager – Value Channel. I was responsible for developing partnerships with key customers such as Pepco and Biedronka, as well as building relationships with local partners like Dino Polska, which led to significant successes and growth and increasing the company’s market share.”

Tell us about how you will be working with Sambro?

“My main goal as a consultant for Sambro, is to build a strong and stable business in Poland. I plan to focus on strengthening relationships with existing customers and establishing partnerships with new ones, which will allow them to increase their market presence in Poland. An important aspect of my work will also be building awareness of the Sambro brand among customers so that it becomes recognizable and valued in the Polish market. I am convinced that with a strategic approach, my experience, and the knowledge and support of the Sambro team, I will help them to achieve long-term success.

I build relationships with clients based on mutual trust and understanding of their needs. I believe that the key to success is creating partnerships that benefit both parties. Regular contact, open communication, and flexibility in adapting solutions to the changing needs of clients are the foundations of my approach.”

What are your most looking forward to about working with Sambro?

“My first days at have already shown that there is a great atmosphere and organizational culture at Sambro, based on teamwork, transparency, and the exchange of experiences and ideas.

The chance to work with such a team excites me because I believe that by playing as a team and with positive energy, we can achieve great things together. I am eager to contribute to the development of Sambro, which is constantly evolving, and to take on challenges that force to think outside the box—something I consider one of my strengths.”

What are you plans for Sambro?

“First of all, I’m excited to visit Manchester United’s stadium, as I have been a supporter of this club since I was a child.

But on a more serious note, my primary goal is to share my expertise and provide insights with the aim of building a stable and thriving business for Sambro in Poland—one that will be recognized across the industry as a benchmark for success. I aim to establish a foundation that not only drives strong sales but also fosters lasting relationships with clients and partners. I want people to look at Sambro and say, ‘This is a company that truly understands the market, consistently delivers quality, and sets the standard for others to follow.’
